Associate Professor at Tamkang University, Taiwan, at the Department of Global Politics and Economics within the College of Global Entrepreneurial Development at its Lanyang campus in Jiaoxi/Ylan. He holds a Dr. (rer.pol.) of Bamberg University in International Relations. His research focuses on various issues in international political economy and European-Asian relations.
