Kompaktkurs zum chinesischen Recht Compact course on Chinese law 14.11.2025 {de+en}
Am 28./29. Nov. 2025 veranstaltet das Institut für Osteuropäisches Recht der Universität Kiel in Zusammenarbeit mit der Guanghua Law School der Zheijang Universität und dem Chinazentrum der Universität Kiel einen Kompaktkurs zum chinesischen Recht. Neben Einführungsvorlesungen zum chinesischen Zivilrecht, Zivilprozessrecht und Internationalen Wirtschaftsrecht stehen speziellere Vorträge, z.B. zum chinesischen Umweltrecht.
- Ort und Zeit: Universität Kiel, 28.11.2025, 09.00 h – ca. 18.00 h, 29.11.2025, 09.00 – ca. 13.00 h.
- Die Vorträge finden teilweise auf Deutsch, teilweise auf Englisch statt.
- Die Vortragsform ist hybrid, d.h. zusätzlich zu den Vorträgen in Kiel ist auch eine online-Teilnahme möglich.

On November 28th and 29th, 2025, the Institute for East European Law at Kiel University, in cooperation with the Guanghua Law School of Zhejiang University and the China Center of Kiel University, is organizing a compact course on Chinese law. In addition to introductory lectures on Chinese civil law, civil procedure, and international economic law, there will be more specialized lectures, for example, on Chinese environmental law.
- Location and time: Kiel University, November 28th, 2025, 9:00 a.m. – approx. 6:00 p.m., November 29th, 2025, 9:00 a.m. – approx. 1:00 p.m.
- Some lectures will be given in German, some in English.
- The format is hybrid, i.e. in addition to attending lectures in Kiel, online participation is also possible.
